Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Paralegal, Sale, Purchase, Conveyancer, CILEX, Residential Property, Permanent, Heaton, Newcastle Upon TyneResidential Conveyancing Solicitor / Licenced Conveyancer / Paralegal is required by a long established, busy high street practice in Newcastle. They are looking for dedicated and hard-working persons to join their conveyancing team; managing a full and varied caseload of freehold and leasehold sales, purchases and remortgages to conclusion.You will be a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, Legal Executive or experienced Paralegal with at least 2 years’ experience as part of a busy conveyancing department. This is an exciting opportunity for a Residential Conveyancer looking for personal and career growth opportunities; allowing you to build upon your experience within a modern and dynamic practice.The Role & Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will manage a caseload of Residential Conveyancing transactions, to include: Residential sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfer of equity, right to buy and equity release, along with other various transactions.

Communicating with clients to receive instructions and give advice.

Working with Estate agents and Solicitors.

Working with Land Registry documents and title deeds.

Carrying out checks prior to drafting contracts to see if there are any structural issues with the property.

You will manage the transactions pro-actively through to exchange and completion while delivering strong client service and developing established relationships.

Candidates must be capable of running their own matters, with the assistance of a Case Management System.

It is essential for you to be IT literate with good typing skills.

All residential conveyancers at all levels will be considered for the positions.
