Job Description

It couldnt be a better timeto join this them; there are many excitingthings on the horizon and you will play a pivotal role in helping shape the future of the brand.This role offers hybrid working within a culturally strong and agile business.The roleCustomers are at the heart of everything they do and you will play an important role in understanding and shaping customer behaviour and motivations, which will influence the overarching marketing and business strategy.This is an exciting role for someoneto make their mark, within a successful North East brand, as you work to improve the experience for customers at a time when customer understanding has never been more important.Responsibilities

  • Working proactively with our Marketing, Product and Sales teams to identify and support their insight needs, delivering insights on a continuous basis.
  • Constantly monitor customer activity and provide valuable insights into our customers behaviours and motivations, using these to develop and embed customer segmentation and prospect.
  • Embed and deliver our customer segmentation and prospect targeting strategies into our ways of working across the commercial function and when relevant, the wider business.
  • Identify any additional data requirements to support the future development of the commercial function.
  • Ownership and management of specific insight projects including both primary research (eg customer feedback) and customer analytics
  • Support the development of tools and capabilities to ensure easy access to insight across the business
  • Deliver quarterly and annual customer insight report for directors, including recommendations
About you
  • You will be a marketer driven by customer insight and a desire to drive change on behalf of customers
  • Experience in a similar customer insight role or a marketing role that is focussed on customer activity and insight
  • Have experience of using insight to influence customer propositions
  • Have strong analytical skills and feels comfortable interpreting data and reporting back to SLT
  • Ability to work both autonomously and as a team across marketing, sales and product and feel comfortable briefing agencies
