Company description:Exertis UKJob description:We are looking for a responsible administrator to perform a variety of administrative tasks in our Warehouse operations. The main duties of the warehouse administrator will be to support to our managers, employees, agency providers and colleagues in theirday-to-day roles. This is a part-time role, 16.5 hours per week Wednesday to Thursday. Working hours are open to discussion but will be 5.5 per day.Your Day-to-Day as an Administrator: Daily collation and reporting of employee overtime and absences. Proactively support absence management within the operation. Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports ensure accuracy. Check and approve agency invoices for sign off. Create and monitor purchase orders for the operation. Maintain new starters and leavers on the access system and updating car registrations on the ANPR system for car park access. Support planning engagement for the operation. Demonstrate a strong awareness of and commitment to Ethics and Compliance and the DCC Group Code of Conduct.Role Requirements Proven track record in a similar role, high pressure environments. Numerate / literate and a competent user of Microsoft Office products. Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. The ability to build strong working relationships. Willingness to learn and develop existing skills.
