Company description:Exertis UKJob description:As Warehouse Operative in the Export team, you will need to ensure smooth running of the Warehouse at all times, making sure all service levels are maintained and that stock levels and stock issues are escalated as appropriate.Hours: 2pm until 10pmThe day-to-day of the Export Operative: Pick, pack and ship orders. Book in deliveries. Label all deliveries (stock control). Keep warehouse environment clean and tidy at all times. Sort order queries. Stock take. Update delivery dates, liaising with Supervisor. Use handheld scanners to scan product details onto the system (i.e. SIM cars and serial numbers). Complete ad-hoc related tasks as directed by a member of the Management team. Demonstrate a strong awareness of and commitment to Ethics and Compliance and the DCC Group Code of Conduct.Skills and Experience: Minimum of 1 years experience working in a warehouse environment High attention to detail and the ability to resolve queries quickly Ability to work on your own within a team framework Enthusiastic and positive attitude, with a can do mentality Disciplined and able to work under high pressure to achieve tight deadlines Strong communication and interpersonal skills Understanding of stock rotations and control systemsWhats in it for youIts important to us that our people love what they do and in turn we put together a benefits package that rewards a job well done.
