Job Description

I have a new exciting opportunity for a Compliance Co-Ordinator to join my client based on the outskirts of Norwich.Salary: £19,792pa rising to £20,085pa following successful completion of probationary period.This will be an excellent position for an enthusiastic and well organised individual to support the Chief Executives Office by providing compliance and project support across data protection, complaint management, and incident reporting.Key duties:

  • Support with the ongoing compliance, data protection and privacy legislation including internal auditing, coordinating the internal data protection training program for staff and updating the internal data breach register.
  • Support the Executive Assistant to the CEO with the complaints management process.
  • Making sure complaints are being correctly actioned and responded to in a timely manner.
  • Provide monthly and quarterly written and statistical reports on all areas of compliance.
  • Support colleagues with the annual review of standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Undertake general admin support tasks.
  • Take part in any training required.
  • Act as an ambassador for the organisation.
The post also carries governance and statutory responsibilities:
  • Data protection and appropriate confidential protection
About you:
  • Experience of working with charity supporters or customers or members of the public.
  • Previous experience of working in a busy admin environment.
  • Experience of working with confidential and sensitive information, making sure data protection protocols are followed.
This position could suit an individual that wants Full time or Part time hours as both will be considered.
