Company description:Exertis UKJob description:We are currently looking for a HR Administrator who can support our HR Shared Service and HR Business partners with HR activity across the business, ensuring that a high quality of service is always delivered to both our external and internal customers.This is a fast-paced role with a need for someone to be methodical, organised and confident with data. This will initially be a 12-month fixed term contract.Your Day-to-Day as a HR Administrator Processing starters, leavers and role transfers onto the HR Hub, ensuring a high quality of service is delivered at all times to our internal customers Entering employment data into the company database Answering any employee inquiries Updating employee holiday and sickness records Organize and maintain personnel records Demonstrate a strong awareness of and commitment to Ethics and Compliance and the DCC Group Code of Conduct.Role Requirements Proficient in the use of Excel and other Microsoft packages Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Strong attention to detail Able to produce high-volume work in a fast-paced environment Able to work under own initiative and as part of a teamWhats in it for youIts important to us that our people love what they do and in turn we put together a benefits package that rewards a job well done.
