Key Responsibilities: As a Senior Sales Advisor, your primary responsibilities will include:

Maximizing sales by converting enquiries into live policies
Enhancing customer retention and exploring all revenue opportunities
Providing exceptional customer service through call handling, providing quotations, and closing sales
Handling customer inquiries, both over the phone and in-office

Qualifications and Experience: To be considered for this role, you should have:

Previous senior insurance sales experience
Preferred experience in personal lines insurance
Strong relationship-building skills
Knowledge of insurance products and principles
Proven track record of sales success in a customer service-focused environment
Ability to multi-task and manage large caseloads
