Excellent opportunity to join a fantastic group of professionals.Knowledge and Experience• Prior experience in an office-based environment, preferably within financial services or an IFA practice.• Experience of working within a regulated environment.• Experience of managing and developing people.• Experience of managing workflow, systems and procedures.• Knowledge of relevant regulations and legislation.Practice Management• Work with colleagues to review existing client journey processes, update, implement and maintain those processes to ensure consistency across the Practice.• Work with colleagues to review use of systems that support the client journey and develop and implement a consistent approach across the Practice.• Ensure the team perform their key functions on a consistent and effective basis through appropriate people management, processes, and systems.• Work with COO to implement appropriate performance appraisal process.• Work with appropriate colleagues to identify training needs and support continuous development ofadministrators and paraplanners.Business Processing• Ensure the end-to-end business process is managed and tracked efficiently in line with Practice and regulatory standards.• Ensure theteam input and maintain accurate and up-to-date client information across all systems.• Maintain existing personal skillset in paraplanning and undertake appropriate continuous professional development to meet regulatory requirements and personal development needs.Practice Development• Contribute to projects within the Practice as required.• Provide appropriate support to colleagues to help achieve Practice goals and objectives.• Support the team to develop client relationships and referrals, service existing clients and assist in building new relationships to achieve a first-class client service.• Attend meetings, forums and workshops as appropriate.Team Responsibilities• Project a professional image in both appearance and attitude and provide quality support on time to agreed standards.• Attend and contribute to regular update meetings withteam members as required.• Maintain good working relationships with colleagues, clients and third parties.Apply today and a member of the team will be in touch to discuss your application in more detail!
