Job Description

Reed Accountancy & Finance are delighted to be working with an established client in County Durham who are looking for an experienced Part-Time Sales Ledger Clerk to join their team on a permanent basis.The role will include, but is not limited to:

Daily sales invoicing;
Income recognition;
Weekly debt chasing and updates with the department head; and
Monthly bank reconciliation.

The Ideal candidate will:

Have experience working within a busy finance function to enable them to come in and hit the ground running.
Be ateam player, who is willing to contribute to the operation of the group finance function when the need requires.
Systems experience with all Microsoft applications (particularly Excel), Microsoft Business Central, QAD is an advantage.

Schedule:The role is 22.5 hours per week (Wed-Fri) with weekly hours alternating between 08:30 to 17:00 (1 hour lunch at 12:00) and 09:00 to 17:30 (1 hour lunch at 13:00).If this looks like the perfect role for you, please apply today!
