Job Description

REED Marketing and Creative are currently working with a leading organisation based in Durham, who are looking to recruit a highly experienced and motivated Marketing and Design Executive, on a full-time and permanent basis.The salary is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum.This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to diversify their portfolio across different industries in a fast-paced, challenging environment. Main Responsibilities:

  • Working across print and digital assets, you will be responsible for design projects including websites, email comms, interactive assets, social media, ads, and videos/ animations.
  • Act as a brand guardian, ensuring extremely high standards are maintained across all assets, whilst working to tight deadlines.
  • Assist with the creation of content for all audiences, covering subjects ranging from healthcare to hospitality.
  • Deliver relevant and engaging content, on time and on brand.
  • Create compelling assets from idea to execution.
  • Assist with the creation/ design of emails.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as uploading new assets to the CMS (Sharepoint).
  • Management of digital ads across social media and paid search to promote campaigns and projects.
  • Create and design email communications for a wide variety of customer facing and internal projects.
  • Support internal teams with digital requests for different venues/ businesses.
    • Candidate Requirements:
  • Expert knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite.
  • A degree or qualification in Design is preferred.
  • Advanced skills in Adobe Aftereffects, Adobe Premier Pro, InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Previous working experience in a design or creative agency, or alternatively an in-house marketing/ creative team.
  • Ability to design for print and digital in a professional setting.
  • Motion and Video experience.
  • Experience across varied creative media.
  • HTML email campaign experience.
  • CMS experience.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent time management skills.
