Financial ControllerReed are delighted to be working with a market leading organisation in the outskirts of Farnborough.Within this role you will have full responsibility for the financial management of the UK and European entities.Due to the fact this role is looking after multiple European entities the ability to speak a 2nd language would be an advantage within this role.Duties will include: Responsible for four reporting units in the UK and 4 European entities Control procedurescompliance with all Policies and Procedures Key business partnering with units to aid decision making, and participation in all major financial decisions within operating units Regular and proactive internal management reporting Accurate financial reporting (US GAAP) Forecasting and reporting variances against Actuals Local Tax and Statutory accounts preparation VAT return compliance Audit preparation Management and development of the finance teamEssential Previous experience in a financial controller or similar role Experience managing a team Proficiency in accounting & IT software (Excel, Powerpoint)Qualifications Educated to degree level Finance professional qualification (CIMA/ACCA/ACA).
