Job Description

Customer Service Co-OrdinatorAquability UK Ltd based in Farnborough, Hampshire, are the UK’s leader in the specialist needs bathing and showering market with low access showers and baths as well as other bathing products. We are a relaxed, family run business and we currently have a vacancy for a full time Customer Service Co-Ordinator. Full training will be given.Full time position - Mon-Thurs 9-5pm- Fridays 9-4:30pm (34.5hrs a week)£22,000-£24,000 pa (dependant on experience) + Bonus Scheme of up to £2,400pa. Start date asapDuties to include;

  • Planning routes and scheduling appointments for our Field Staff ensuring the diaries are efficiently booked to maximise our ability to get to all our customers in a timely manner and limit customer complaints.
  • Booking appointment dates with customers
  • Sending job details out by email to Field Staff
  • Taking calls from field staff on site
  • Raising new works orders and ordering parts
  • Quoting customers and processing payments over the telephone
  • Receiving Customer Service calls and emails then dealing with enquiries quickly and appropriately or distributing to relevant member of staff
  • Responsibility for ordering replacement stock for our fitters and keeping records up to date
  • Updating customers about their orders by telephone and/or email
  • Filing and other general clerical tasks as necessary
  • Ideal candidate will have;
  • Excellent organisation and administration skills
  • Ability to multi task, problem solve, and plan ahead
  • Reasonable knowledge of UK geography
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering first-rate customer service
  • The ability to work well as part of a team working towards shared goals
  • The ability to work on their own and be proactive
  • Computer literate with good experience of Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/Outlook)
