Job Description

We are seeking a Talent Coordinator to join the operations team, at a large third-party logistics site, based in Rochester, Kent (near Hoo). This is a permanent and full-time opportunity, working Monday to Friday, with a starting salary between £28,000 -£30,000 DOE.Working alongside the warehouse operations team, this role will create a communicative line between the HR department and warehouse shift management. The Talent Coordinator will be a crucial part of the colleague onboarding progress and aiding with the developmentof staff, to ensure productivity levels remain at their optimum rate.

  • Supporting with the induction process for new warehouse colleagues
  • Analysing data from the WMS to identify colleagues requiring further support on different shifts
  • Take updates from Team Leaders to understand where they feel improvements can be made within their team
  • Report updates to the HR Business Partner and at times the General Manager
  • Create training material for colleagues to have a clear development plan and enable them to improve or be trained to the same standard as long-standing colleagues
  • Feedback to HR those who are still underperforming once all possible training and plans have been implemented
This is a mid-level role, which carries a responsibility to work across multiple warehouse teams. The working week is Monday to Friday, with the possibility of occasional weekend days during peak periods. Working hours are 08:00 - 17:00, the company havea benefits package including life assurance and holiday accrual increases.
