This is a senior management position within BCA Fleet SolutionsLimited. Reporting to the Operations Manager, The Inspection and Smart Repair Manager is responsible for the Body Inspection reporting and Smart Repair of vehicles to a required standard.Main Role Duties:

Leading a team of operatives, including Smart Repair Technicians, Inspectors etc. overseeing the day to day running of all the department operations
Creating a strong sense of teamwork and driving the team forwards to ensure that key KPIs and targets are met
Taking a lead on all quality matters, particularly those that directly impact customer satisfaction
Ensuring the team achieves industry-leading standards, process efficiency and cost effectiveness
Ensuring that all health and safety procedures are followed within the department

The Person:

Proven managerial experience in a target driven environment
Previous experience working as an inspector or smart repairer
Experience of dealing with day to day HR/staff issues
Good communication is essential for this role
Excellent IT skills with knowledge of MS Office and industry bespoke IT systems
Excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure
Ability to organise work effectively
