In this role you will be working within a busy, modern and well equipped workshop, with the responsibilityto provide training and supervision to a team of our newly employed bodyshop trainees.Role Responsibilities:

Working across two of our sites - Kingsnorth and Sandwich managing a team of bodyshop trainees
Providing a structured training to a team of trainee bodyshop staff on duites such as masking, prepping and polishing
Creating a strong sense of teamwork and driving the team forwards to ensure that key KPIs and targets are met
Taking a lead on all quality matters, particularly those that directly impact customer satisfaction
Ensuring all Health and Safety requirements are followed

The Person:

Previous experience within a similar supervisory role (minimum 2 years)
Previous experience of working within an automotive bodyshop (minimum 5 years)
Ability to train unqualified bodyshop trainee staff in job roles such as prepping, masking, polishing and completing smart repairs on vehicles
Flexible to work overtimes on agreed weekend staff rota
Full valid UK driving licence is essential, held for a minimum of 2 years
Excellent attention to detail
Good communication skills and the ability to both work as part of a team and using own initiative
