Job Description

Our client is seeking to appoint a highly organised, thorough individual to work as part of their small, dedicated service team.You will have a sole focus on service and maintenance contracts, will a keen eye for detail and strong MS Office skills.

  • Cotgrave, hybrid working once trained - 3 days in the office, 2 days from home
  • £25,000 - £27,000 per annum
  • Full time, permanent, Mon - Fri, 8.30am - 4.30pm
Responsibilities:
  • Work cohesively and supportively as part of the Service, Engineering and Spare Parts Teams
  • Create Maintenance Agreements for newly sold machines and renewal agreements for existing customers, communicating with engineers and the service team to ensure customer requirements are fulfilled
  • Be proactive in ensuring agreements are returned from customers prior to the start date
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in the Maintenance Agreement process and implement any changes to the process and documents as appropriate
  • Produce monthly reports on Maintenance Agreements as required to the Operations Manager
  • Contact customers where Maintenance Agreements have lapsed and quote for a general maintenance visit
  • Look at older machinery which has not been serviced and quote for machine assessment visits
  • Support the Service Planning Administrator and Planning Manager with quotations for recommended parts following maintenance visits
  • Compile quotations for critical spare parts for newly sold machines, and also existing machines, as and when required
  • Support Technical Project Managers with customer quotations for machine modification and relocation work
  • Provide telephone and administrative support to engineers
Skills:

  • Confident when dealing with customers at all levels in business
  • High level of competency in the use of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Knowledge of SAP (S/4 HANA) would be advantageous
