Job Description

Parts AdministratorCotgrave, Nottingham£23,000 - £25,000 per annumResponsibilities:

  • Liaising with UK and Norwegian based customers for their spare part requirements
  • Creating, processing and invoicing spare part orders
  • Communicating with customers on the status of their orders
  • Splitting placed orders if goods are to be despatched at different times
  • Checking goods received / despatched match orders
  • Deal with any items returned from the customer and raise credit requests accordingly
  • Investigating problem orders and finding a resolution
  • Dealing with the monthly returns, alongside the Warehouse Co-Ordinator, of spare parts to manufacturing site
Skills/Experience:
  • Strong administration and organisational skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Able to use own initiative
  • Calm and able to work under pressure
  • Self-discipline / time management
  • Enthusiasm and persistence
  • High level of competency in use of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
