Job Description

We are an exciting and inovative chocolate gift manufacturer, taking new ideas to the gift market.Our work environment includes:

SALES EXECTIVEThis role is one of creating further growth of a successful chocolate company based in the East Midlands. A company that creates innovative gifts for the confectionary market, we are looking for someone to be part of creating a strong reliable and excitingbrand.Role
  • Promoting full range of companys products & services within mainstream retail, online retailers and to develop corporate sales.
  • Managing the UK market to maximise revenue.
  • Pro-actively seek out and close new leads and meetings with new customers and account managing existing customers.
  • Visiting and liaising with existing customers build and maintain close relationships to drive sales, and to be the face-to-face contact for the company.
  • Maximise new business development opportunities and keep customers up to date in relation to the companys products.
  • Have good communication skills with customers but also with the in-house team.
  • Self-motivation and desire to succeed.
  • Proven history in business-to-business sales.
  • Previous experience within a similar role in confectionery preferred but not necessary.
  • Remuneration is made up of a Salary plus a commission for achieving Monthly Sales Target plus an addition commission for exceeding Monthly Sales Target.
  • Vehicle for use of during working hours.
Experience required.
  • Good track record of generating leads and hitting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proven ability to build strong customer relationships.
  • Excellent time management and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • A proven track record of developing new business and growing existing accounts.
  • Strong evidence on your CV of working pro actively with clients retaining sales and within account management developing client relationships.
  • An effective, professional and friendly communicator with all level of people;
  • The ability to be flexible and work well within a small team.
  • A commitment to your role and drive to succeed and overreach your targets.
Initially 3 days on the road and 2 days in the office, leading eventually to 5 days on the road, working alongside an office-based team member.
