Job Description

Job Title: Property ManagerJob Location: CotgraveSalary: £22,000- £24,000 OTEDays/ Times: 9.00 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Friday and Occasional Saturdays (Paid as overtime) Benefits: ARLA Course Funded Our client is a well-established, Award Winning Estate and Lettings Agent. They are excited to offer this key role within their Lettings Team assisting with the delivery of their property management services and building productive and positive working relationshipswith all those involved, their clients, tenants, and the wider community they work in.Previous Estate Agency experience preferred, the successful candidate will possess excellent customer service, telephone, and interpersonal skills with an ability to plan, organise the workflow and work towards set deadlines with initiative and efficiency.A clean driving licence and knowledge of the local area are required.As a Property Manager, you will be required to:

  • Maintain positive and productive relationships with clients, tenants, and third parties supporting the business
  • Respond to client/tenant queries and maintenance issues
  • Produce inventories, check-out, and routine tenancy inspection reports
  • Ensure compliance is met throughout the whole portfolio
  • Manage outstanding rents
  • Review rental values
  • Oversee the end of tenancies including any necessary deposit claims
  • Keep key information in-house systems accurate and updated
  • Assist with general administrative support to the Lettings Team as a whole
  • Assist with viewings and preparation for new tenancies at peak times
