Job Description

Primary Teacher - Cotgrave, NG12Salary: £150-£210 per day (according to scale) | Start Date: Immediate or 02/09/2024 | Contract: Temporary with potential for permanent placement Are you an experienced and qualified primary school teacher Or are you an Early Career Teacher (ECT) eager to embark on your first teaching role LTF Recruitment is collaborating with multiple schools in Cotgrave, seeking teachers for immediate starts or for the upcoming academic year!These positions will entail teaching across all Key Stages on a full-time basis at one school, with the opportunity for permanent placement for the right candidate.Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing and delivering engaging sessions for children.
  • Assessing, monitoring, recording, and reporting on the learning needs, progress, and achievements of assigned pupils, utilising assessment data effectively.
  • Tailoring planning to meet a diverse range of needs within the class.
  • Collaborating professionally with a classroom Teaching Assistant, delegating tasks for targeted children.
  • Leading virtual or in-person meetings with parents/carers.
Key Skills and Experience Required:
  • Qualified Teacher Status
  • Experience working with children in a primary school
  • Excellent classroom behavior management skills.
  • The ability to cater to the needs of SEN children in the class.
  • An engaging teaching style characterised by a positive, empathetic demeanor.
