Part time, fully home based Property Manager - Essex/Herts blocks - £35k pro rataAre you looking to reduce your working week to part time (3 days) or perhaps return to work with a less than full time commitment after a period of maternity leaveWould you like to do so working from home Monday through WednesdayWe’re working with a medium sized, independent managing agent who provide national property management coverage through multiple trading brands.As part of their commitment to job shares and flexible working, they now seek a PART TIME, Fully home based Property Manager as follows:

Diverse portfolio comprising RMC, Freeholder and settled New Build Blocks, all based across Essex & Herts (23 sites total)
Working Mon-Wed 7.5 hours per day
Fully home based working, once monthly reporting to Head office
Head office support across accounting and major works functions
Salary starts at £35k pro rata (£21k actual)
Ideal position for a property manager looking to reduce their hours for any reason OR return back to work part time following maternity or any other career break
