Job Description

If you are an experienced Paralegal within Real Estate that is looking for a new role within a highly respected Regional Law firm then look no further....Due to our continued expansion an opportunity has arisen for a Paralegal to join our Residential Property team based in North EssexThe ideal candidate will have between two to three years experience in a similar role and will provide assistance to the fee-earners on all transaction types by:

Providing estimates
Carrying out searches
Reporting on search results and mortgage offers
Dealing with enquiries on all types of transaction
Dealing with all required pre-completion tasks
Handling completions
Dealing with registrations
File administration

You will be confident in dealing with clients, mortgagees, estate agents, brokers, other Solicitors and third parties by phone, in person and by correspondence.
