  • Our average call time is one hour; this is because we do not believe it is possible to provide truly exceptional care in 15 minutes. We dont tick boxes and move onto the next call; we take the time to build meaningful relationships with people and makea difference to their lives.
  • As individuals often receive care 7 days a week, we do require alternate weekends and some evenings.
  • We do not want you running here, there, and everywhere. We operate within East Herts and Uttlesford. You do not want to be sitting in your car for ages to get between calls, and neither do we.
