Job Description

Exciting opportunity for a Conveyancing Assistant who is looking to join a firm where you can have a clear career path and grow with the firm.The role will support some of the top Residential Property Solicitors in the area and you will be involved with clients straight away. Some of the main duties will include but not limited to:

Providing estimates
Carrying out searches
Reporting on search results and mortgage offers
Dealing with enquiries on all types of transaction
Dealing with all required pre-completion tasks
Handling completions
Dealing with registrations
File administration

You will be confident in dealing with clients, mortgagees, estate agents, brokers, other Solicitors and third parties by phone, in person and by correspondence.
