• Pro-actively trade partner accounts to deliver KPIs, increase sales and reduce costs
• Responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of products to third-party partners, from order placement through to delivery
• Able to manage and work to critical path deadlines, ensuring efficient running of the Third-Party department
• Pro-actively manage day-to-day workload, supporting in identifying issues and proposing solutions, and deputise for the Third-Party Merchandiser, delegating as appropriate
• Produce and analyse weekly, monthly and seasonal performance & lessons learnt reports, identifying risks, opportunities & appropriate actions
• Participate & present in weekly, monthly & seasonal performance review meetings
• Ensure Logistics and Finance have all the necessary information to process and invoice partner orders, supporting the Logistics department in maintaining the partner How To Guides
• Liaise with internal departments to help resolve issues when they arise
• Support in the training and development needs of the Administration Assistants encompassing regular 1-1s, great goals reviews and PDP
• Liaise with partners and Administration Assistants to produce & analyse weekly/monthly sales/stock/despatch reporting & issue to the business as required
• Work closely across the Third-Party and Merchandising departments to deliver the best use of existing stock to help manage stock levels
• Ownership of long-term continuity forecasts, ensuring stock availability for third-party partners
• Deliver a great customer experience, taking feedback and seeking to improve
• Ensure regular visits on partner websites to review product, spot opportunities/errors & ensure product is traded accordingly

You will have.

• A genuine passion for the Ann Summers brand
• Experience as an Assistant Merchandiser, ideally gained within Retail or Wholesale
• Strong commercial acumen
• A methodical and organised approach
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Confidence with a positive outlook
• The ability to work well under pressure
