You’ll play a pivotal role in developing A/B tests andenhancing user experiences for digital products and services.Collaborating closely with the CRO Manager and UI/UXDesigners, your primary objective is to build tests that yield success, measured through actionable KPI’s. • Collaborate closely with Conversion Rate Optimisation Manager, UX designers and other key stakeholders to understand customer needs and develop concepts into functional user interfaces.
• Utilize your proficiency in front-end web development technologies, including advanced JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, to transform design prototypes into interactive, functional experiences.
• Optimize user interfaces for speed and performance, aiming to reduce load times and create a seamless user experience. This includes optimizing assets, reducing HTTP requests, and ensuring efficient coding practices.
• Testing and verifying that your web experiences function seamlessly across various browsers and devices, and promptly address and resolve any identified issues.
• Carry out analysis to create vital insights and measure performance against KPI’s.
• Incorporate industry-leading web accessibility best practices to ensure digital products cater to individuals with disabilities. Proficiency with WCAG guidelines is essential for success in this role.
• Maintain well-structured and organized documentation for your code and development processes, ensuring it is easily comprehensible to both fellow team members and future developers.
• Work closely with third parties and both internal and external stakeholders on various development projects, providing them with accurate timing estimates.

We’re looking for someone who has:

• Has experience as a UX Developer, ideally in the Retail, Hospitality or Leisure space.
• Experience of user testing platform/s such as Dynamic Yield, Qubit, Monetate, AB Tasty.
• An amazing stakeholder manager and relationship builder
• In depth knowledge of industry trends and customer needs, with a desire to continuously enhance your skill set.
• An analytical mind set, someone who loves to produce solutions to complex problems.
• An affinity with our brand and is an authentic ambassador of our people values.
