Our benefits are worth getting excited about… 50% staff discount, colleague social events and a paid day off for your Birthday, to name a few!We’re on the hunt for a dynamic and commercially savvy online Trade Executive to join our incredible Digital Trade team, playing an essential role in actioning core elements of our e-commerce strategy.You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day commercial optamisation of the site. Someone who can be in the detail, analysing performance and proposing actionable improvements, striving with the team to make our website as successful as it can be.This role works across functions to co-ordinate the digital trade activity, briefing requirements and collecting assets, so you’ll need to be an exceptional communicator who can juggle multiple priorities. • An established Digital Trade Assistant or a Digital Trade Executive looking for the next step.
• Experience within a similar fast paced environment, ideally in the Retail sector.
• Ensure the setup of website promotions and price changes are made accurately and on time.
• Ensure the setup of new products, creating product categories and category-specific landing pages. Updating the team on when newness will be on the site.
• Responsible for the visual merchandising of the website and using a test and learn data approach.
• Analyse product and category performance and make recommendations.
• Optimise site search – using website analytical tools to identify on-site search trends and adapting search results accordingly.
• Day to day in depth review of all sites and their content pages. Optimising site functionality such as search refinements, sorting rules and filters.
• Assisting the Digital Trade Lead in ensuring that we are maximising all sales opportunities online.
• Supporting trade through working cross-functionally with the CRM and marketing teams.
• Brief website assets to the marketing & design team. Complete brief for site changes with correct links and ensure they are actioned correctly.
• Line management of the Trade Assistant, mentoring and aiding development on a day to day and monthly review basis.
• Demonstrate the People values through what I do and how I do it.

What we’re looking for from the successful candidate…

• An established Digital Trade Assistant or a Digital Trade Executive looking for the next step.
• Experience within a similar fast paced environment, ideally in the Retail sector.
• Data driven with experience of analysing online trade performance.
• Good knowledge of Excel
• An excellent communicator that enjoys interacting and building relationships
• An interest in digital marketing trends, who keeps up to date with the evolving industry.
• Leadership skills, with an ability to manage, coach and develop a direct report.
• A can-do attitude, that can problem solve and thrive within a result driven environment.
