Job Description

You will drive specific and measurable business benefits through the successful delivery of these projects using standard governance, to support the company vision and strategy.Overall Purpose of the roleOffering technical system expertise and analysis working in our Business Change and wider Technology team. Ensuring front-end, back-end and systems are developed, maintained, and used effectively, supporting the companys strategic roadmap and vision.What you will be doing

  • Working within the Business Change Team to deliver the company and department strategy, being an ambassador for the wider Technology department. Demonstrate high levels of customer service and be recognised as an authority
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams across the business, developing a deep understanding of requirements and functionality
  • Ensure relevant standard documentation and reporting is completed, such as business cases, requirements, specifications, and RAID logs.
  • Understand data inputs, flows, business rules and outputs across multiple systems
  • You will ensure a high level of data quality for core data sources and critical KPIs
  • Propose, develop, and design solutions which support the function and delivery the business requirement
  • Work with the development teams to ensure they understand the vision for the product and are designing great features for our customers
  • Be the subject matter expert for system reporting across all business reporting tools
  • Create new reports and dashboards, training SMEs on self-service elements
  • Document, brief, and train internal support teams to ensure a high-level of support
  • Support the Business Systems Manager, Project Manager, and other team members in estimating task duration and input into project plans
  • Own data-led, data migration and data reconciliation activities across strategic projects

    • Experience
  • Experience as a Technical BA working across digital and end-to-end projects for both B2C and B2B. Including in full project lifecycle and iterative, incremental product development
  • Experience in retail is a distinct advantage
  • Strong understanding of BI analytics solutions
  • Experience in data warehousing, with maintenance and development an advantage
  • Report building
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Nav preferred
  • SQL, SSIS, SSRS experience beneficial
  • Data transformation, consolidation, and analysis of beneficial
