  • Diary Management: Extensive diary management of CFO and CMOs calendars for all business appointments and day-to-day needs. Also considering the Board and numerous internal and external stakeholder diaries to make the most effective useof the collaborative time
  • Administrative Support: Providing support including preparing presentations/reports, research etc. Being the first point of contact for the Board whilst managing Sales Order request on behalf of them and the Executive Support Team
  • Event Support: Supporting the wider team with any event management including planning and delivery of key calendar moments. Manage business trip bookings for the CFO, CMO and the remainder of the Board. Researching upcoming trips and recommendationsin line with their budget.
  • Social: Support to create a positive, relevant, and empowering shopping window on social media as well as maintaining an engaging and inspiring personal website
  • Community: Maintain an engaged community, by supporting with the overall strategy, its evolution and ensure this community is always thought of
  • Admin:Be an administrative whiz, ensuring everything is in place to smoothly operate from both the home office and the AS office
  • Personal Development: Maintaining professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and establishing personal networks.

  • Excellent IT skills, including Office 365; Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint
  • Experienced in Retail, Leisure or Hospitalitythis would be fab, but not essential
