• Work closely with developers and product managers to ensure your product vision is developed and realised into engaging user experiences
• Illustrate designs using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
• Communicate your design vision through presentations to internal stakeholders to obtain buy-in to your overall vision and strategy
• Design, create, and optimise graphic content as required for any conversion rate optimisation testing
• Liaise with our graphic designers where appropriate for any assets which are required for your designs
• Work with other members of the Design/Development team to plan and conduct remote and on-site user research and usability testing with real users to ensure the end-product design meets the users needs
• Designing UI interface components, wireframes and high-fidelity designs
• Develop prototypes that clearly illustrate how the site looks and functions
• Manage and oversee the junior UI/UX designer, ensuring all designs have a consistent user experience across all areas of the site and adhere to best practice and style guidelines
• Demonstrate the People values through what I do and how I do it

• Previous experience as a UI/UX Designer working across the entire lifecycle
• A demonstrated ability to create elegant user experiences
• An outstanding attention to detail
• An amazing stakeholder manager and relationship builder, who leads by example, inspiring individuals & teams to do their best
• A person who cares about doing a great job and empower others with the quality of what they do
