  • Promoting our vacancies across job boards, careers site, social platforms, etc.
  • Hosting those ever-important initial calls, and shortlisting the best talent
  • Ensure candidates have a positive journey, actively requesting feedback to reflect and drive positive change
  • Tracking and reporting on all recruitment activity
  • Building a pool of incredible talent for future opportunities
  • Offering recommendations to enhance the recruitment journey
  • Ensuring best practice and optimisation of processes and systems
  • Finding innovative ways to source and attract less visible talent
What were looking for:
  • Previous experience gained in the retail, hospitality or leisure industries
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Self-motivation and a can do work ethic
  • Bucket loads of passion and enthusiasm
  • A natural flair for building great relationship
