• Support the definition of processes and policies, supply business rules and procedures, and communicate the contexts in which therules, processes and polices areapplied
• Help improve the business performances by identifying the problematicareas
• Accurately represent their business units needs to the projectteam
• Provide input to test cases and scenarios and may also validate executed testresults
• Provide input into and execute user documentation and trainingmaterial
• Test the product(s) or service(s) towards the end of the project/program (user acceptance testing), using and evaluating it foraccuracy and usability, providing feedback to the projectteam
• Be committed to the project and participate in theworkshops
• Be proactive and engaged during theworkshops
• Act as the go to person within a department or function for questions and problems within their area ofexpertise
• Evangelisethe change/s to their department peers and help bring colleagues on the journey forchange
• Embed process changes within theirfunction

Were looking for someone who is:

• Proven success as a Merchandiser within Fashion retail
• Experience using a WSSI is essential
• Working knowledge of a Product Information Management solution would be a bonus!
• Organised and methodical approach
• Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language
• Highly self-motivated, with keen attention to detail
• Applies best practice with a touch of pragmatism
• Enjoys accountability, is proactive and manages workload effectively in a fast pace environment
• Leads the team by example
• A real team player with flexible and collaborative approach
• Builds positive and constructive relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
• Demonstrates energy and resourcefulness in addressing business needs and requirements
