  • Developing and delivering engaging L&D content across the sales channels
  • Partnering with the Buying & Merchandising, Marketing and Channel Ops teams, to deliver successful training programmes supporting product, service, and campaign launches
  • Partnering with the Regional Business Managers and Retail teams across HO to understand the development needs across Retail, developing learning solutions to improve capability and performance
  • Ensuring a learning journey that offers development and internal progression across our Retail estate
  • Maximising Party Ambassador performance through the delivery of engaging content, focusing on core BAU activity including sales, social, party and leader training
  • Adding value to the development and delivery of key channel projects, providing insight through an L&D lens and ensuring supportive learning materials are available for launch
  • Engaging with the Ambassadors to provide guidance, coaching and support to enable them in leading the success of their business
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business to ensure the L&D strategy aligns to the needs and direction of the business
  • Working closely with the People Experience and People Ops teams to ensure a collaborative approach on all activity and initiatives, whilst also sharing insight and successes
  • You will have….
