Junior Digital DesignerBased at our Head Office in Whyteleafe, Surrey (just 15 minutes outside of Croydon, easily commutable from London)Competitive hybrid working model – 2 core days at head office and 3 days working from home with core flexible working hours.Great benefits including 50% staff discount, company bonus and a day off for your Birthday to name a few! Reporting into the Digital & Creative Design Manager this person will work closely with our SeniorDesigners to produce brand appropriate artworkto an exceptional standard in both digital and print formats.   • To create and amend artworks as briefed in line with the channel’s creative artwork guidelines, hero templates, brief and the artwork manual
  • To adapt, edit and retouch images, ensuring the visual look and commercial editability is maintained.
  • To know and understand all master guidelines, adhering to the creative checklist
  • Act as a brand guardian, supporting the creative design team in maintaining brand integrity. Ensuring the creative artwork matches the approved design guidelines
  • To work across all levels and departments of the business, to ensure artwork is produced consistently across all channels to the required deadlines and briefs set
  • To plan your work effectively meeting the required deadlines
  • To actively participate in creative meetings, passing along information to the relevant production staff
  • To be proficient in all relevant software and to continuously update your knowledge
  • Have a passion for the role and the brand, taking pride in the quality of work you produce.

  • A natural flair for Graphic Design who can create work to set briefs and guidelines
  • A genuine interest to develop a career in Graphic Design within Fashion
  • A portfolio of work to submit within the recruitment process
  • An effective communicator who can co-ordinate work across departments
  • An ability to prioritise their workload and deliver to deadline, who enjoys a fast paced and dynamic environment
