Job Description

Inventory ManagerBased at our Head Office in Whyteleafe, Surrey (just 15 minutes outside of Croydon, easily commutable from London)On-site requirement with travel to our Paddock Wood inbound warehouse. We’re on the lookout for someone who has proven experience overseeing inventory and audit process within a warehouse, ensuringstock accuracy and process efficiency.   • Responsible for the delivery of efficient and effective inventory and audit processes. including inventory replenishment, storage goods controls, stock checks/counts, refund management, profile planning and stock storage capacity.
  • Ensure a high level of accuracy is maintained in our stock management activities.
  • Manage the refunds investigating and reporting programme. Providing insights into trends and investigating anomalies.
  • Responsible for Warehouse capacity and profiling, across both sites. Managing demand, replenishment, and bond within the warehouses.
  • Ensure accurate internal and retail transfer management activity.
  • Manage accurate stock adjustment activity, investigating as required and reporting as needed.
  • Report on all inventory and audit activity, ensuring key data is delivered to the relevant stakeholders.
  • Use our internal data board to deliver KPI insights and improvements.
  • Produce financial inventory reports such as stock holding valuations, stock month end reporting and stock loss and adjustment reports.
  • Lead the Audit and Inventory team, working with them to plan and prioritise workload, set goals and support them in their development.
  • Establish and maintain constructive and collaborative relationships with key stakeholders across the business.
We’re looking for someone who has:
  • Solid inventory and audit management experience, ideally within the Retail or FMCG space.
  • Worked with a variety of systems including ERPs and databases. Microsoft Navision, SQL and Tetris an advantage but not a necessity.
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel, with an ability to use it at an advanced level.
  • A highly analytical approach with great attention to detail with a love of data analytics.
  • A natural flair for building strong stakeholder relationships at all levels, with the ability to present findings to senior stakeholders.
