Were a unique and diverse brand with phenomenally talented experts together we inspire to achieve the brands global vision.The roleAs Information Security Manager you will take the lead in overseeing and controlling all aspects of computer security across Ann Summers. Accountable for planning and executing measures that will secure our businesss data and information, protecting itfrom deliberateattack, unauthorised access, corruption, and theft.How will you add value in your role

• Develop and maintain the information security policy and accompanying security reviews, standards, procedures and guidance,ensuringany gaps are identified and treated appropriately.
• Promote and provide information security awareness training to staff.
• Investigate suspected and actual security incidents in accordance with the security incident management standard, produce reports with recommendations and ensure any remedial action is taken.
• Work with internal andexternal stakeholders and auditorstoimprove information security and provide security advice on procurements, projects and new initiatives as required
• Oversee the information security risk register and carry out actions to mitigate risks identified
• Provide input to the wider development of the information governance strategy and business planning proces
• Assess current technology architecture for vulnerabilities, weaknesses and for possible upgrades or improvement
• Implement and oversee technological upgrades, improvements and major changes to the information security environment.
• Lead ongoing analysis andrisk assessments of data processing systems to confirm the design of logical controls are effective and meet regulatory and legal requirements.
• Provide quality reports to summarise test activities, including objectives, planning, methodology, results, analysis and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Were looking for someone who has:

• Proven success as an Information Security Manager, or similar
• Experience in the Retail, Leisure or Hospitality industries is a real bonus, but not essential
• Either a ISACA CISM, ISACA CISA or CISSP qualification/certification
• Knowledge in a wide range of Information Technology systems and a deep understanding of the inherent security risks associated with these technologies.
• Experience with information security principles and best practice (e.g., ISO27001, PCI DSS).
• The ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language, both written and verbally
• Self-motivation, with keen attention to detail
• Excellent organisation skills, able to prioritise and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
• Enjoys accountability, and is proactive in managing their own workload
• A real team player with a flexible and collaborative approach
• Builds positive and constructive relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
• Demonstrates energy and resourcefulness in addressing business needs and requirements
• Objective and effective decision making, underpinned by facts and data
