Job Description

In House Commercial Contracts Paralegal Location: Near Surrey (Home working during covid19)Day rate: £200 - £250The Opportunity:A hugely exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced commercial contracts Paralegal to join a highly innovative defence and intelligence company. The role is to commence as soon as possible, working from home initially and is likely to last 3 - 6 months, with a generous daily remuneration.This is what you’ll be doingAssisting the Legal Counsel dealing with a range of matters consisting of but not limited too;o Commercial contractso Data transactionso Data privacyo Disputeso Sales and purchase agreementsThe experience you’ll bring to the team

  • A minimum of 12 months commercial contracts Paralegal experience
  • LLB / GDL / LPC
  • Able to confidently review a commercial contract
  • Able to liaise with steak holders within a business.
