  • Provide analysis support to the retail team
  • Build and develop partnering relationships with channel stakeholders
  • Work with management accounts team to review monthly retail P&L vs. budget
  • Produce monthly financial and KPI reports
  • Work with the retail leadership team to prepare the annual budget
  • Work with the channel leadership teams on regular forecasting and planning
  • Prepare daily / weekly / monthly reporting with accompanying insights utilising the BI tool
    • You will have….
  • Experience as a Qualified Accountant
  • Proven business-partnering experience with senior leadership teams, ideally gained in the Retail/Hospitality industry
  • Experience of delivering budgets and forecasts
  • Understanding of systems and processes, particularly reporting and BI systems.
  • Can demonstrate examples of using insights to influence decision making amongst senior leaders
  • Strong people and communications skills, with the ability to communicate effectively to non-finance leadership teams.
