Youll play an integral part in the day-to-day, hands-on execution of site changes.This includes briefing marketing for assets, briefing the web design team with links and the QA/site testing. Youll maintain a current understanding of merchandising best practices and apply them to the execution of the site.The role.

  • Brief website assets to the marketing & design team. Complete brief for site changes with correct links and ensure they are actioned correctly.
  • Set up website promotions and price changes and ensure they are delivered on time and correctly.
  • Analyse product and category performance and make recommendations.
  • Responsible for the visual merchandising of the website and using a test and learn data approach.
  • Line management of theTrade Assistant, mentoring and aiding development on a day to day and monthly review basis.
  • Assisting in setting up new products, creating product categories and category-specific landing pages. Updating the team on when newness will be on the site.
  • Optimising site searchusing Google Analytics to identify on-site search trends and adapting search results accordingly.
  • Day to day in-depth review of all sites and their content pages. Optimising site functionality such as search refinements, sorting rules and filters.
  • Supporting trade through working cross-functionally with the CRM and marketing teams.

  • A minimum of 2 years experience within an online trading or merchandising role.

  • Great communication and influencing skills, able to build relationships with colleagues and management at all levels.
