Were a unique and diverse brand with phenomenally talented experts together we inspire to achieve the brands global vision.A bit about the role* Responsible for ensuring the reporting and analytics solutions are kept up to date and accurate* Help lead business performance by enabling data led decisions that support the business strategy* Ensure that stakeholders have clarity of data use and capabilities* Work with vendors where necessary to achieve the responsibilities of the role* Deliver target data capability set out by the data lead* Stay up to date with industry trends and assess new products* Drive short and long term data/reporting/analytics solutions for the businessWere looking for someone who has:* At least 6 years experience of data warehouse support and maintenance* An excellent understand of Kimball methodology* A keen eye for data quality* A natural flair for leading by example, inspiring colleagues to do their best* Excellent communication skills, able to build effective relationships at all levels* Strong commercial awareness and exceptional attention to detail* A make it happen approach and enjoys a fast pace and dynamic environment* Genuine care for what they do and how well they do it* An affinity with our brand and is an authentic ambassador of our people valuesAt Ann Summers we are proud to continue embracing inclusion, diversity, and equality in our every day, supporting our people to be themselves.
