Youll play an integral part in delivering the Party Plan Ambassador comms plan; welcoming and activating them and keeping them engaged and driving their business to continued success.The role…

  • Support the CRM Manager to execute the Party Plan Ambassador email plan
  • Help implement Party Plan lifecycle marketing campaigns that improve customer engagement and retention.
  • Produce insight and analysis to inform a retention and reactivation plan
  • Develop a testing strategy to identify how best to optimise email results and improve engagement
  • Produce regular weekly and monthly performance reporting, identifying any trends, as well as risks and opportunities
  • Communicate and co-ordinate with other departments to ensure cross channel consistency for CRM, e.g collaborating with Marketing, Social media and Design teams
  • Work closely with the Buying & Merchandising Teams to understand new product launches, pricing/promotions, and stock levels to ensure the right products are being pushed at the right time.
  • Complete training and become an expert on our ESP (Email Service Provider) to ensure were making the most of the platform and utilising all features/functionality
  • Utilise Trello to make the current email workflow more efficient
  • Own ad-hoc projects for the Party Plan CRM team
  • You will have…
  • A minimum of 1 years experience as a CRM Assistant or Graduate in a related subject
  • Ability to show a good level of understanding of achieving financial and customer retention targets
  • A good understanding of how to create effective marketing emails and messages
  • An understanding of testing methods and strategies, how to A/B test and how to action results from testing
  • Analytical skills, able to interpret data and insight to drive achievable changes
  • Experience in collaborating with other departments to achieve goals
  • Experience using one or more ESP is desirable, but not essential
  • An understanding of customer segmentation for CRM activity
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • A high level of written and spoken English
  • Proactive and hands approach
  • A positive, level-headed personality that can be agile and resilient when needed
  • Confident and comfortable working autonomously
  • Ability to manage their own time, prioritise and deliver to deadlines but to also communicate/manage upwards if needed
