• Budgeting and Forecastingownership of budget and quarterly forecast process, highlighting any risks/opportunities in their key areas.
• Business PartneringSupporting stakeholders with the analysis of performance and trends, highlighting learns to continue to drive growth
• Business Casessupport all areas of Ann Summers to build business cases consistently, building out a process for tracking performance of live projects, prioritising capital spend, and following up with post investment review.
• Capexownership of capex forecast supporting the treasury team with their cash flow phasing
• Reporting & Dataprovide weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reporting to the business while working with the data team to strive for automation and a single source of truth for all information.
• Teamlead, empower and coach Commercial Finance Assistant, ensuring they have the knowledge, capability and tools to thrive in their role
