Whilst weve had some epic wins, theres still so much to do!Were introducing a new role to our Marketing team, a Campaign & Content Marketing Manager - this person will be responsible for the development and delivery of the campaign and content strategy, striving to maximise brand consideration and reach. Were looking for someone who is innovative, dynamic and forward thinking as well as strategic and commercial.The role….

  • Owning the creation and delivery of the content strategy, developing compelling stories that build engagement and maximise customer conversion
  • Working closely with the Buying team to understand trends, seasonal product releases and the product development journey in all its glory
  • Igniting research (internally and externally) to understand business needs and key opportunities
  • Overseeing production of on brand and consistent content, both internally and externally, creatively managing the budget and the organisation of the assets to ensure maximum ROI
  • Collaborating with CRM, Social and Brand, ensuring the PR and Social strategy is consistent and being executed to the highest possible standard
  • Managing stakeholder relationships, both internally and externally, ensuring all activity is effective and efficient, and the relevant senior management are updated at key stages of the process
  • Accountability for all experiential marketing - customer or press led events
  • Line management responsibility for Social Exec, PR Manager and Exec and Product Copywriter - empowering them in their roles and supporting them with their development
  • Effective management across Content, Social and PR
  • Ensuring the wider Marketing team are kept up to date with any relevant campaign activity, not only its progress, but also any changes that they need to be aware of
  • Acting as an Ambassador of the brand, championing what we stand for and embodying our People Values
  • You will have….
  • A true passion for the AS brand and what we stand for
  • A proven track record gained in a Marketing role, ideally in the Retail sector
  • Experience in developing marketing campaigns end to end, with full accountability for the delivery of all elements
  • Exceptional ability to forge innovative ideas and create great content
  • A solid understanding of marketing principles and the importance of these
  • Innovation and creative thinking, pushing the boundaries to strive for GREAT
  • The ability to build strong relationships across several departments, partnering and influencing to work cohesively
  • A strategic and organised approach underpinned by strong business acumen
  • Analytical thinking, considering all data and insight to get to the best result
