Campaign Activation ExecutiveBased at our Head Office in Whyteleafe, Surrey (just 15 minutes outside of Croydon, easily commutable from London)2 days in the office, 3 days working from homeenhanced by variable core hoursGreat benefits including company bonus, 50% staff discount and a day off for your Birthday!Were on the hunt for a creative, commercially focused Campaign Activation Executive to join our direct selling channel, the Sisterhood. This person will have a real can do attitude with a driven nature to deliver great results.   • Ownership of the activity calendar, assessing all activity to ensure it supports channel strategy, KPIs and behaviours
  • Lead channel meetings and drive key actions
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure activity plan works in conjunction with other channel initiatives
  • Work with National Sales Manager to ensure all agreed activation plans, incentives and events are delivered and communicated to maximise effectiveness
  • Partner with marketing, field communications and B&M teams to ensure effective decision making and timely delivery of briefs
  • Accountable for delivery of all channel events ensuring successful delivery, budgetary control, and engagement with key stakeholders
  • Carry out post-implementation review of all sales and activation initiatives, and input into any relevant planning or review processes, e.g. campaigns or key promotions
Were looking for someone who is:
  • Proven in a Campaign Activation or Commercial Trade role
  • Experienced in the Retail, Leisure or Hospitality industry is ideal, but not essential
  • Organised and methodical approach
  • Commercial with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate articulately
  • Enjoys accountability, is proactive and manages workload effectively in a fast pace environment
  • A real team player with a flexible and collaborative approach
  • Has a positive and proactive mindset
  • Able to build great relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
  • Focuses on delivering best possible outcome, adding value for the business and the customer
