You can adapt to changing priorities and as a trusted expert, you have the confidence to make buying, technical or design decisions with minimum guidance.So what would you be doing...

  • Delivering a product range that exceeds commercial KPIs & delights our customers.
  • In conjunction with the Merchandise Manager develop the strategic & operational plan for the B&M function as a whole & ensure alignment with Ann Summers objectives.
  • Ensure our ranges are commercially balanced, on-trend, with fashionability, right-first-time price architecture, GBB, seasonal newness vs continuity, colour, shape, etc
  • Develop strategic partnerships with key suppliers, define business plans for mutual growth & leverage relationships to maximise support for Ann Summers
  • Constantly review & evolve quality from product development to delivery in order to improve standards & consistency of product & presentation
  • Undertake regular performance reviews across categories to ensure commercials, identify trends, risks & opportunities, and take appropriate action to maximise opportunities.
  • Understand our lovely customers across channels & markets and develop a beautiful range that caters for their needs & aligns with Ann Summers mission
  • Develop a high-performance team that is striving for continuous improvement. Champion a culture where success is recognised & celebrated

  • A background in lingerie, with an extensive buying experience
  • Experience of managing established buyers
  • Detailed understanding of garment technology, design and QA
  • Wider experience of sourcing and supplier relationships
  • Demonstrable sound & pragmatic judgement, balancing pace, risk & business value to reach decisions, which are well informed and that have grown revenue
