Buying Admin Assistant Based at our Head Office in Whyteleafe, Surrey (just 15 minutes outside of Croydon, easily commutable from London)2 days in the office, 3 days working from home, enhanced by variable core hoursAre you keen to kickstart a career in Buying, or are you already a BAA looking for an exciting new challenge and you are always one step aheadWere on the hunt for a passionate, creative and commercial Buying Admin Assistant to join our B&M team!   • Understanding the customer and brand performance in the retail market
  • Accountable for reviewing the critical path to ensure that all samples and components are delivered and approved on time
  • Managing order process ensuring all details are accurate and adjusting where needed
  • Ensuring all samples are approved on time and highlighting any issues to the wider team
  • Uses knowledge of economic and social trends making valuable recommendations to management
  • Showing commercial awareness though reports and contribute any ideas in department discussions
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders and adding value to their thinking by offering new ideas and solutions
