Job Description

You will drive specific and measurable business benefits through the successful delivery of these projects using standard governance, to support the company vision and strategy.As a BA/PM, you will be leading on retail projects to deliver fantastic service through world-class capability. You will provide guidance and assurance to all colleagues within our IT teams, to deliver end-to-end change through the project life cycle. This role sits within our amazing IT team, who look after all the cool existing and upcoming technologies we utilise to create fans!So what would you be doing...

  • Leading on projects relating to change and transformation, enabling technology to gain strategic benefit.
  • Working on multiple workstreams either as part of a team or independently
  • Building and managing a business plan to track delivery against agreed milestones, as well as delivery risk.
  • Collaborate with users, key stakeholders, and project team to identify, analyse, and design features and processes
  • Making sure change is future-proofed to meet our vision and operational adoption is taken into account.
  • Create and maintain appropriately detailed documentation so that they are clearly understood by the business and development teams
  • Identifying issues throughout the lifecycle of a project to keep delivery on track.
  • Involved across multiple Projects within agreed Cost, Time and Quality tolerances.
  • Projects could include, In-store ordering, Call centre integration with ERP (Microsoft Dynamics Nav), Click and collect extensions, Wholesale Dropship and EDI, BI reporting and WSSI.

  • Experience as a BA working across digital and end-to-end projects for both B2C and B2B. Including full project lifecycle and iterative, incremental product development
