Were on the lookout for someone with proven BA experience within the Retail, Hospitality or Leisure space, who can deliver Tech projects end to end. • Build close relationships with the business and strive to meet the needs for the business to meet the Company Strategy
• Work within the Business Change Team to deliver the company and department strategy
• Contribute to the structured continual improvement for AS to achieve the 3-year strategy
• Ensure relevant standard documentation and reporting is completed, such as business cases, requirements, specifications, RAID logs etc.
• Identify the appropriate methods for stakeholder engagement to facilitate and drive the gathering of functional and non-functional requirements, as-is and to-be processes
• Act as a conduit and translator between the business and technical teams

• Proven experience as a BA within theRetail, Hospitality or Leisure industry
• A make it happen approach and enjoys a fast pace and dynamic environment
• Strong commercial awareness and exceptional attention to detail
• A High level of organisation, with proven tools to ensure a smooth process
• An ability to take others along on the journey to deliver results on time and budget.
