Job Description

The Company:A well known construction company with a global reach turning over £1.6 billionDynamic workforce of over 2500 with excellent career prospectsHuge continued investment of £130 MillionThe Role:The Area Sales Manager will be tasked with a focus on retaining strong profit margins liaising 70% with Builders Merchants. building relationships, product training and building brand awareness. 30% of your time will be spent with Contractors, End-Usersand Housebuilders ensuring products are chosen and specifications are protected. Orders are back sold via Builders Merchants.The CandidateField sales experience, having either worked for a builders merchant or sold to builders merchants is preferable.We will consider any previous experience of having sold to house builders, timber frame manufacturers, shop fitters, construction companies, DIY and furniture end users.Full training is provided so product knowledge is not essentialMy client is looking for a career minded individual - with a stable track record.The Package

  • £35,000 - 40,000 negotiatiable Basic
  • 15% OTE
  • 3% vs company contribution 7%
