In this role youll be reviewing and optimising the success of our techapplications across the business and supporting in the delivery of some of our ambitious plans, making Ann Summers fit for future.With a team of nearly 40 people, our Technology department is the pulse for enabling the success of the business. Were a unique and diverse brand with phenomenally talented experts together we inspire to achieve the brands global vision.The roleOur Application Support Analysts enable the business to provide technical expertise to support service improvements and strategic system change projects across various business channels. You will capture, through the gathering of requirements, the solutionsrequired to meet the company aspirations and goals.How will you add value in your role

• Work within the Application team to deliver the company and department strategy, being an ambassador for the Technology department.
• Provide hands on application, integration support and maintenance.
• Investigating and resolving incidents and service requests assigned to the Applications Team by providing technical analysis.
• Provide out of hours support on a rota basis to demonstrate high levels of customer service and being recognised as a technical authority.
• Assist with approved code developments.
• Integrate the support of new applications and small changes into operational support processes, actively participating in training/handover sessions to acquire the necessary knowledge, assisting in the design as required.
• Build relationships and network with external parties to keep ahead of any emerging trends and industry insights.
• Liaise with other members of the Tech team and the user community to ensure that the business impact is minimised and ensure process are in place to limit reoccurrences that may happen in the future.

Were looking for someone who is:

• Experienced as an Application Support Analyst
• Proven with databases such as Microsoft Navision, Pyramid and SQL
• Organised, with excellent written and communication skills
• Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language
• Highly self-motivated, with keen attention to detail
• Able to prioritise and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
• Enjoys accountability, taking feedback and seeks improvement
• A real team player with flexible and collaborative approach
• Builds positive and constructive relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
• Demonstrates energy and resourcefulness in addressing business needs and requirements
• Objective and effective decision making, underpinned by facts and data
• Focuses on delivering best possible outcome, adding value for the business and the customer
